Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Here you can find out what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Ventas Webdesign CLG
Pfarrer-Kaspar-Walter-Strasse 2, 63073 Offenbach am Main
Phone: +49 151 29187860
Email: info@ventas-webdesign.de

A data protection officer has not been appointed as the legal requirements under § 38 BDSG and Art. 37 GDPR are not met.

2. General Notes

Personal data means any data that can be related to you personally — such as name, address, email address, IP address, user behaviour. We only process such data where this is legally permitted or you have given your consent.

Legal bases are in particular Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent), lit. b (pre-contractual measures), lit. c (legal obligation) and lit. f (legitimate interests) GDPR.

3. Hosting & Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by:

ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany
Privacy policy of the host

The server location is Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with ALL-INKL.COM.

When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files:

  • IP address (anonymised after 7 days)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Resource accessed (page, file)
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type and version, operating system

Purpose: operation, stability and security of the website, and defence against attacks. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data is deleted after no more than 30 days.

4. Contact Form and Email Contact

When you contact us by form or email, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone if given, message content) in order to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or lit. f (legitimate interest in responding).

Retention period: We delete your enquiry once it has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. § 147 AO, 6 or 10 years for commercial emails).

5. Cookies & Consent

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site (e.g. session cookies for form security). These cookies are set pursuant to § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG without consent.

For all other cookies (e.g. analytics, marketing) we will obtain your consent via a consent banner once such services are integrated. You can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time in the Cookie Settings.

6. Fonts (Lato, served locally)

We use the "Lato" typeface. The font files are served directly from our own server (not from Google Fonts). No data is transmitted to third parties and no cookies are set.

7. Analytics

We currently use no analytics or tracking tools. No usage data is transmitted to third parties. Should we integrate an analytics tool in future (e.g. self-hosted Matomo), we will update this privacy policy accordingly and — where required — obtain your consent.

8. Maps

No live maps (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap or similar) are embedded on our website. No connections to map providers are established and no location data is transmitted to third parties.

9. Social Media Profiles

We maintain presences on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. If you visit these linked profiles, the privacy policies of the respective platform apply. No social media plugins that transmit data to third parties are embedded on our own website.

10. Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR) — what data we hold about you
  • Rectification (Art. 16) — correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (Art. 17) — "right to be forgotten"
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Data portability (Art. 20)
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21)

11. Withdrawal of Consent, Objection

Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected. An informal notification is sufficient — by email to info@ventas-webdesign.de.

12. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority competent for us is:

Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
PO Box 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany
datenschutz.hessen.de

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the law or changes to the service. The new version takes effect from the time of its publication on this page.
